We’re looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to take ownership of organic search performance across a brand-new digital property. This is a hands-on role where you’ll execute a structured SEO roadmap, establish a strong local search presence, and drive sustainable growth in rankings, traffic, and lead generation. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys both the strategic and technical aspects of SEO and is excited by the challenge of building authority and visibility from scratch.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Conduct keyword research and implement local SEO strategies targeting service areas and suburbs
- Optimize website content, metadata, schema markup, internal linking, and technical SEO elements
- Manage Google Search Console, indexing, crawl health, and website performance improvements
- Build and optimize Google Business Profiles, local citations, and NAP consistency
- Support the creation and optimization of location-specific landing pages
- Execute link-building initiatives through directories, partnerships, and local outreach
- Configure and manage GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and rank monitoring tools
- Deliver SEO performance reports and actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to implement SEO best practices
- Maintain SEO documentation, workflows, and project tracking within Notion
What We’re Looking For – You’re the Perfect Fit if You
(Non-negotiable Requirements)
- Are based in the Philippines
- Have 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (MANDATORY)
- Have a proven track record in Local SEO, service-based businesses, and organic traffic growth
- Are highly proficient in SEMrush (MANDATORY), Google Search Console, GA4, and Google Tag Manager
- Have strong technical SEO expertise, including site audits, crawl analysis, schema markup, and Core Web Vitals optimization
- Have experience managing Google Business Profiles, local citations, Map Pack rankings, and location-based SEO strategies
- Understand SEO reporting, keyword ranking analysis, conversion tracking, and performance measurement
- Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Can work independently, proactively, and within a structured process-driven environment
What Sets You Apart – You’ll Shine Even Brighter With
- Experience launching and scaling SEO campaigns for brand-new or low-authority websites
- Proficiency with additional SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Surfer SEO, Ahrefs, or similar platforms
- Understanding of Google Ads and how paid and organic search strategies work together
- Experience using Notion, AI-assisted workflows, and tools such as Claude AI
- Strong content optimization and SEO copywriting skills
- Experience building and managing scalable Local SEO campaigns across multiple service areas
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT
- Remote work setup
- Open to PH-based applicants only
- Philippine-based employment only
