Job DescriptionSEO / SOCIAL MEDIA ADMINISTRATOR – REMOTEPosition Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SEO / Social Media Administrator to join our team in the Manufacturing or Recruiting industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, drive website traffic, and engage our target audience through various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, social media management, and possess industry-specific knowledge to optimize our online marketing efforts effectively.Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy and Implementation:
    • Conduct keyword research to identify relevant industry-specific terms and trends.
    • Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and URLs to improve search engine rankings.
    • Monitor website performance using SEO analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to enhance visibility and organic traffic.
    • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into new content and website updates.
    • Stay up-to-date with SEO industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and maintain social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram) to foster engagement and increase brand awareness.
    • Develop and execute social media content calendars, considering the target audience and industry trends.
    • Create compelling and shareable social media content, including text, images, and videos, to engage the audience effectively.
    • Monitor social media analytics, track performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner to maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Content Marketing:
    • Collaborate with the content team to create SEO-friendly blog posts, articles, infographics, and other marketing materials.
    • Optimize content for search engines and promote content across social media channels to increase visibility and drive traffic.
  • Industry Knowledge and Competitor Analysis:
    • Stay informed about the latest trends, news, and developments in the Manufacturing or Recruiting industry to identify opportunities for content creation and engagement.
    • Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and potential gaps in our online marketing strategy.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Regularly track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to SEO and social media efforts.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve overall marketing performance.


  • Proven experience as an SEO/Social Media Administrator, preferably in the Manufacturing or Recruiting industry.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, best practices, and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Proficiency in managing various social media platforms for business purposes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling content for different audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
