We are looking for a skilled and analytical Content SEO Specialist to join our SEO & Discovery team! If you’re passionate about technical SEO, programmatic content, AI-driven content optimization, and data-driven strategies, this role is perfect for you. You’ll play a key role in improving organic visibility, optimizing large-scale website content, and helping students worldwide discover the right study programs through educations.com.

⏰ Work Mode: Onsite for the first 3 months, will transition to hybrid

💼 Role: Content SEO Specialist

What You’ll Do:

🔎 Design and optimize content templates across 100,000+ pages and multiple languages
📊 Analyze large datasets, keyword research, search demand, and crawl data to identify SEO opportunities
🤖 Build, manage, and quality-check AI-powered content generation pipelines at scale
🌐 Optimize multilingual content, including grammar, hreflang, and localization rules
📝 Develop SEO requirements, content briefs, and technical specifications for Engineering and Editorial teams
🔗 Manage content consolidation, site migrations, redirects, and duplicate content risks
📈 Monitor search visibility and performance to prioritize improvements and measure results
⚡ Collaborate with SEO, Product, Engineering, Publishing, and Editorial teams to drive organic growth

What We’re Looking For:

✅ At least 3 years of SEO experience, including hands-on ownership of programmatic or templated content across 100,000+ pages
✅ Strong SQL or Python skills for analyzing datasets containing millions of rows
✅ Proven experience building and managing AI content pipelines with 1,000+ outputs
✅ Experience with multilingual SEO, content templates, and hreflang implementation
✅ Excellent written English and the ability to create clear, actionable briefs and technical specifications
✅ Strong analytical skills, independent problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset
✅ Experience with headless CMS platforms, especially Sanity, is a plus
✅ Knowledge of content consolidation, site migrations, and large-scale marketplace or education websites is an advantage
✅ Familiarity with AI coding agents and building custom tools or scripts is a bonus
