What the Job covers

  • Develop and execute SEO strategy across technical SEO, content (on-page), backlink strategy
  • Develop materials, templates processes and methodologies to deliver ‘world class’ SEO
  • Manage freelancers and juniors to deliver SEO tasks such as keyword research
  • Deliver the unique GPC methodology in support of creating multi-market content at scale
  • Support internal team to create and optimize assets that align with the SEO strategy
  • Build capability, processes and dashboards to monitor and report on SEO metrics and performance
  • Manage, create and summarize monthly SEO reports

Responsibilities

  • Accountability of SEO initiatives, deliverables, timelines and performance optimization
  • Carry out technical site audit and SEO tech maintenance as per agreed in the proposed SEO plan
  • Track performance and website issues on a regular basis using Analytics and other SEO Tools
  • Improve eCommerce KPI and growth hacking for traffic and ROI
  • Conduct Conversion rate Optimisation, Heatmap and A/B Testing with data analysis
  • Provide UI/UX recommendations to improve website performance
  • Build Information Architecture to support the Taxonomy
  • Build SEO project plan roadmaps, quotations and implementation plans
  • YouTube optimisation including content platforms such as Quora, Wikipedia, etc.
  • Be updated with the latest eCommerce platform and share optimisation strategies
  • Monitor and align goals with key SEO KPIs and customer engagement KPIs
  • Diligence in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis
  • Support account managers and communicate the impact of search marketing to clients
  • Support new business with proposals and market research
  • Formulate SEO data-driven content strategies for GPC clients;
  • Communicate SEO insights and expertise to clients;
  • Build out decks to support strategic search optimization consulting;
  • Manage, create and summarize monthly SEO reports;
  • Support all SEO activity;
  • Manage internal linking and outreach tasks to further boost the site performance
  • Manage and validate SEO Specialists and freelancer outputs to meet highest standards;
  • Maintain a close watch over the new Google guidelines and updates
  • Review articles created for SEO quality assurance;
  • Recommend relevant content optimizations for best impact;
  • Supporting Head of Search and Managing Director APAC on new business requirements and larger projects;
  • When required, manage time and quality of freelancers and junior members of staff
  • Liaise with project management team to improve processes and resource management.
  • Involving in keyword selection and audience targeting
  • Logging of SEO timesheets regularly
  • Integrate SEO and PPC strategies for budget efficiencies and to boost performance

Who we’re looking for

  • 2+ years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role
  • Analytical and data-driven thinking
  • Have passion on SEO & any new things related to Google & organic traffic channel
  • Experience with SEO reporting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A degree in IT, Statistics, Math or related field
