Introduction

Outsourced is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Backlink Specialist to join our digital marketing team. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can drive our website’s authority and improve our overall search engine rankings through effective backlink building strategies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive backlink strategy aimed at increasing our Domain Rating and enhancing organic search performance.
• Research and identify high-quality link-building opportunities in line with our industry and business objectives.
• Maintain a healthy backlink profile by conducting regular audits and removing or disavowing bad links.
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure content is optimized for SEO and link-building.
• Monitor and report on SEO metrics, including backlinks, domain authority, and keyword rankings, using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SEO and backlink building, with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating past successes.
• Proven experience in white-hat, outreach-based link building methods on legitimate websites with high domain authority and traffic.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking strategies.
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
• Excellent analytical skills to track, measure, and report on performance metrics.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Additional Notes

• Hybrid set up Hybrid (twice per week onsite – either in QC, Alabang, Pampanga or Cebu)
• 9am to 6pm PH (may change whenever needed)
