Role Description The SEO Specialist is a full-time, remote role based in Metro Manila. The specialist will manage keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building initiatives to improve search visibility for NextGen Granny Flats. Day-to-day tasks include performing SEO audits, analyzing web analytics data, monitoring rankings and traffic, and identifying opportunities to enhance organic performance. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and content teams to align SEO strategies with business goals, preparing performance reports, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and best practices.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO.
• Candidates should possess skills in conducting SEO audits and interpreting web analytics.
• Candidates should possess skills in ethical link building and off-page optimization practices.
• Experience using major SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, popular SEO suites) is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate SEO concepts clearly.
• 10 years of relevant experience in SEO for local businesses or the construction/real estate sector is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
