This is one of my favorite kinds of student updates — when a former graduate comes back years later to level up. Andresito “Andres” Germo is a Day-1 Pinoy SEO student. He was one of the very first Filipinos to sit through the free training I started publishing in 2022, and now — four years later — he’s a working SEO with real client rankings, back in class to catch up on Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI SEO.
Here’s the video testimonial we recorded together:
The Andres arc: 2022 to 2026
- 2022: When PinoySEO first launched, Andres started with our free YouTube training — including the free SEO audit tutorial series. No paid course. Just YouTube, notes, and putting in the reps on his own.
- Hired mid-training: After completing the free audit training on YouTube, a company hired him as an SEO based on the skills he’d built. Same pattern I keep seeing — companies don’t care about certificates, they care whether you can actually run an audit and ship fixes.
- 2022–2026 (4 years): Andres has been working full-time as an SEO ever since. Real client sites. Real ranking work. Real career.
- Community builder: Over the years, Andres has quietly referred a LOT of former classmates and new students to the PinoySEO community. He’s one of the reasons the bootcamp keeps growing organically.
- 2026: Back for GEO. Even with 4 years of SEO experience under his belt, Andres re-enrolled in the latest SEO + GEO Bootcamp because Google’s algorithms shifted, AI search arrived, and he wanted to stay sharp on GEO + AI SEO.
What SerpWeave.com is doing right now (the receipts)

The website Andres has been building and optimizing during his return training is SerpWeave.com. Just a few months after applying the updated GEO + AI SEO techniques from the bootcamp, here’s what his SEMrush data shows:
- 72 keywords now ranking on Google — the curve is nearly vertical starting in July 2026 (exactly when the training kicked in)
- 3 keywords in positions 11–20 (page 2 — one push away from page 1)
- 16 keywords in positions 21–50
- 53 keywords in positions 51–100 (the pipeline that becomes future page-1 rankings with more content and links)
- Building international visibility — Thailand is his current top-visibility market, with early AI Overview mentions appearing
- 100% organic SERP distribution — no reliance on paid traffic
That’s the classic “hockey stick” shape you want to see when SEO work compounds. Content indexes → gets ranked in positions 51–100 → moves to 21–50 → climbs to 11–20 → hits page 1. Andres is right in the middle of that funnel with the wind at his back.
Three lessons from Andres’s 4-year journey
1. Free training is not a “lesser” path
Andres proves — again — that the free content on the PinoySEO YouTube channel is genuinely enough to launch a career. He did not have money for a paid bootcamp in 2022. What he had was consistency, hunger, and the willingness to actually apply what he watched. That got him hired.
To every Filipino who thinks “I can’t afford the paid bootcamp so SEO isn’t for me”: stop. Start with the free content. Practice. Apply. Get your first job. Then invest in the paid bootcamp later — like Andres just did in 2026 — when your career is already funded.
2. The free audit training is the fastest job-magnet skill
Andres specifically credits the free audit training. That’s not a coincidence. Being able to run a proper SEO audit — technical, on-page, content, backlinks — is the single most hirable skill in the SEO industry. Every employer needs someone who can walk in, look at a site, and say “here’s what’s broken, here’s how to fix it, here’s the priority order.”
If you want the same fast track, start with our Free SEO Website Audit Training. It’s still one of the most-viewed course pages on this site — for good reason.
3. Even 4-year SEO pros come back for updates
SEO in 2022 is not the same as SEO in 2026. AI Overviews changed the SERP. GEO / AI SEO became its own discipline. Google Business Profile got more competitive. Bing quietly became the plumbing for Copilot + ChatGPT Search.
Andres — a professional SEO with 4 years of client wins under his belt — chose to re-enroll rather than pretend the industry hadn’t changed. That’s the mindset that separates SEOs who stay employed from SEOs who become obsolete.
Why community referrals matter more than a certificate
One of the most valuable things Andres has done over these 4 years isn’t ranking his own sites — it’s sending other Filipinos into the community. Referrals from Andres are the reason a lot of you reading this even know about Pinoy SEO. That’s the compounding power of showing up as a professional in your industry: your network becomes your legacy.
If you’re an early Pinoy SEO grad reading this — thank you. Every batch of new students that comes through has someone who first heard about us through one of you.
To Andres — salamat sa 4 years
Andres, salamat sa pagbabalik and for continuing to represent the community. Your SerpWeave results speak for themselves. Ipadayon ra gyud — the next Google update is always around the corner and you’re already prepared for it. Reserved lang ang seat sa succeeding bootcamps kung may bagong AI SEO breakthroughs.
Are you next?
The Filipino SEO career path in 2026 is more open than ever — especially with AI SEO / GEO being a completely new discipline where seniority barely exists yet. Here’s the same path Andres walked:
- Start with the free YouTube training. Subscribe to the Pinoy SEO channel. Work through the audit series first — it’s the fastest path to employability.
- Apply on real websites immediately. Even a friend’s business, a family sari-sari store, a personal portfolio. Real reps beat reading.
- Apply for SEO jobs even before you feel “ready.” Trainee / junior positions exist. Companies teach the rest.
- Re-enroll every year or two. As Andres just did — the paid 4-Week Online SEO + GEO Bootcamp is where the current best practices get taught. Especially now with AI SEO, GEO, and Bing surging.
- Pay it forward. Refer someone. Answer a question in the Slack. That’s how the whole ecosystem grows.
