About Us
We are a dynamic remote staffing agency, dedicated to providing top-notch virtual assistants to businesses worldwide. Our mission is to help companies leverage the power of virtual staff to boost productivity and streamline operations. We are currently looking to hire part-time and full-time virtual staff who can contribute to our clients’ success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keyword Research & Optimization: Conduct thorough keyword research and optimize meta data, image alt texts, and page content.
- Page Content Optimization: Enhance website content for SEO, ensuring relevance and user engagement.
- Site Structuring: Organize websites for improved crawling and user experience.
- Keyword Cannibalization Checking: Identify and resolve keyword cannibalization issues.
- Topical Map Creation & Pillar Content Strategy: Develop content plans, including a minimum of 16 blogs per month, to establish topical authority.
- Google Business Profile (GMB) Management: Set up and optimize GMB profiles for enhanced local visibility.
- Google Search Console & Analytics Set Up: Configure and monitor tools to track performance and diagnose technical issues.
- Off-Page SEO: Build foundation links, manage inbound backlinks (toxic link removal), and execute outreach backlink strategies (link insertion and guest posts).
- Technical SEO: Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and Core Web Vitals optimization to improve site speed and performance.
- Anchor Text Optimization: Strategize anchor text usage for effective internal and external linking.
- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors to identify opportunities and refine SEO strategies.
- Dedicated Support: Act as the client’s dedicated SEO team member, ensuring proactive communication and reporting.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle SEO experience with a focus on Local SEO, National SEO, and Ecommerce SEO.

- Proficiency in WordPress and Duda SEO optimization.
- Skilled in using SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
- Ability to conduct detailed technical SEO analysis and resolve complex issues.
- Content Strategy: Experience creating and executing pillar content strategies, topical maps, and blog management.
- GMB Expertise: Strong track record of setting up and optimizing Google Business Profiles.
- AI Knowledge: Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Airtable to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.
- Growth Hacking: Expertise in web scraping, competitive keyword analysis, and innovative growth strategies.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, and analytical thinking.
- Project Management: Experience with tools like ClickUp to manage campaigns and collaborate effectively.
