Off-Page SEO/Link Building Specialist

Advantage Services Group, the parent company of 11 heating and air companies across the USA, is looking for an Off-Page SEO/Link Building Specialist to join our team!

Compensation: $10-$20 (based on experience, subject to review over time).

Hours: 8 AM–5 PM CST (Full-Time)

Position Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive professional to elevate our site’s authority and rankings. If you have a knack for finding backlink opportunities, building partnerships, and leveraging analytics to boost performance, this is the role for you!

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in link building.

• Professional demeanor and near-native English proficiency.

• Proven ability to identify and secure backlink opportunities through guest posting, outreach, and partnerships.

• Expertise in building and maintaining relationships with companies and industry-related organizations for high-quality backlinks.

• Strong knowledge of tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Moz for competitor backlink analysis.

• Skilled in creating personalized outreach campaigns and persistently following up to secure links.

• Understanding of tracking and reporting backlink performance to measure the impact on traffic, rankings, and conversions.

• Experience collaborating with content teams to create link-worthy assets and optimize content for outreach.
