Job Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven SEO Specialist to help optimize both On-Page and Off-Page SEO. You will leverage AI tools, programmatic SEO, and SEO automation to scale and improve SEO processes efficiently. The role requires a deep understanding of search engine optimization, technical SEO, and content strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our websites rank high in search results and drive measurable traffic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-Page SEO:
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities and target high-value search terms.
  • Optimize website content including meta tags, header tags, internal linking, and image alt attributes.
  • Work with the content team to ensure that all on-page elements are optimized for search engines and user engagement.
  • Implement structured data (Schema Markup) to enhance visibility in search results.
  • Off-Page SEO:
  • Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and rankings, including partnerships, guest blogging, and outreach.
  • Monitor backlink quality, and regularly clean up any low-quality or toxic backlinks.
  • Stay current with SEO best practices and Google’s algorithm changes to maintain a penalty-free backlink profile.
  • Engage in social media and other third-party platforms to enhance brand presence and generate quality backlinks.
  • AI in SEO:
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Jasper, GPT, SurferSEO) to assist in content creation, keyword research, and competitive analysis.
  • Use AI for content generation and optimization, ensuring content meets SEO guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor AI-driven insights to continuously refine SEO strategies and enhance ranking performance.
  • Programmatic SEO:
  • Implement programmatic SEO strategies to automate content generation and optimize large-scale websites or content hubs.
  • Utilize AI and data-driven techniques to generate high-quality landing pages at scale while maintaining SEO best practices.
  • Analyze and improve performance of programmatic SEO strategies to enhance site traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • SEO Automation:
  • Develop and implement automated SEO processes for tasks such as rank tracking, keyword research, and technical audits.
  • Use SEO automation tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Zapier, Google Data Studio) to streamline reporting and data collection.
  • Optimize workflows for increased efficiency, enabling the team to focus on strategic SEO initiatives and growth.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Regularly track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and backlink health.
  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to assess and report on SEO performance.
  • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve SEO outcomes for client projects.

Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in On-Page and Off-Page SEO, including keyword research, content optimization, and link building.
  • Expertise with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console).
  • Solid understanding of AI-driven SEO tools (e.g., SurferSEO, Frase, GPT-3/4).
  • Experience with Programmatic SEO (e.g., automated content generation, bulk page optimization).
  • Proficiency in SEO automation tools and techniques (e.g., Zapier, Google Data Studio, rank tracking).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Experience working with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Familiarity with web development basics (HTML, CSS) and basic understanding of technical SEO (e.g., sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • SEO Certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush Academy, Moz).
  • Experience with international SEO and multilingual websites.
  • Familiarity with WordPress SEO strategies.
