About the Role
The SEO Campaign Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of effective and efficient SEO campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations. This position manages client accounts, drives campaign success, and provides seamless team collaboration. By adhering to company processes and delivering exceptional results, the role directly contributes to client satisfaction, retention, revenue generation, and profitability. The SEO Campaign Manager can also conduct SEO audits, analyze technical SEO issues, and perform keyword research to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning and Delivery:

Collaborate with clients, sales teams, and internal departments to plan, set up, manage, and deliver digital media campaigns promptly and effectively.

Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and optimized for maximum performance.

2. Client Servicing and Account Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintaining clear communication and addressing client inquiries promptly.
Strive to exceed client satisfaction levels to promote retention and upselling opportunities.

Attend client meetings with the Project Management team to explain the SEO technicalities of the project, understand the deliverables needed, and align with client expectations.

3. Workflow Compliance and Operational Efficiency: 

Adhere to and enforce company workflows and processes to ensure smooth operations.
Regularly review and refine processes to improve business efficiency.

4. Reporting and Accountability:

Deliver accurate and timely monthly operations reports.

Track and measure campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

5. SEO Tools and Account Management:

Activate and set up ClickUp accounts for effective task tracking and management.
Create, set up, and manage Google accounts, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other tools required for campaign tracking.

Update SeRanking accounts to reflect new or changed client accounts.

6. Collaboration with Content and Web Support Teams:

Work closely with the Content Manager to identify target keywords and optimize pages for SEO.

Review and approve content (e.g., BCC articles) to ensure quality and SEO compliance.
Coordinate monthly content requests and ensure timely submissions to the Content Team.

Launch SEO implementation tasks to the Web Support team, ensuring clear communication and tagging the SEO Manager for oversight.

7. GBP Management:

Develop and maintain a GBP (Google Business Profile) calendar, ensuring timely and consistent monthly postings.

8. Account Updates and Cancellations:

Manage account updates and cancellations, ensuring proper notifications are communicated via email and ClickUp.

9. Project and Task Management:

Oversee operations projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Utilize project management tools like ClickUp to assign and track tasks across teams.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in SEO campaign management or a related digital marketing role.
● Proficiency with SEO tools such as SeRanking, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
● Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
● Ability to conduct comprehensive SEO audits and analyze technical SEO issues.
● Ability to perform keyword research and implement findings into campaigns.
● Exceptional organizational and task management skills, with experience using tools like ClickUp.
● Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
● Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
