Drake Business Services Asia is a leading Managed Services with offices across APAC, helping our clients to focus on what they do best. 

We are looking for a highly motivated SEO/SEM specialist to support our global marketing and digital team. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the SEO/SEM strategy and facilitating all tactical execution.

Type: Part-time (2-3 days per week)

Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Conduct comprehensive keyword research and develop effective SEO strategies to drive organic growth.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts to improve search rankings.
  • Implement and manage link-building activities and on-page/off-page SEO practices.

SEM Campaign Management:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms, focusing on Google and Facebook ads.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, analyze and interpret campaign metrics, and optimize for performance.
  • Track, report, and analyze campaign performance and KPIs to provide insights and identify opportunities.

Website & Content Optimization:

  • Collaborate with content creators to optimize on-page content based on keyword and SEO strategies.
  • Ensure SEO best practices are applied across new and existing web content.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools to monitor, report, and analyze traffic and user behavior data.
  • Provide monthly performance reports, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in SEM and SEO.
  • Knowledge of up-to-date SEO and SEM principles and best practices.
  • Experience planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEM (Google Ads and Facebook Ads), Google Analytics, and SEO tools like SEMrush and/or Ahrefs.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS, and content management systems (CMS), specifically WordPress.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies and development of SEO reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
