What you’ll be doing:

This is a hands-on SEO role where you’ll work across a range of clients to improve their organic search performance. Your responsibilities will include:

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Conducting keyword research and developing SEO strategies tailored to client goals
• Performing site audits to identify technical and on-page issues, then implementing fixes
• Optimising website content, metadata, and internal linking structures for better rankings
• Advising on and executing link-building strategies to improve domain authority
• Staying on top of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices

Technical SEO & Site Performance

• Conducting in-depth site audits to uncover issues affecting rankings and user experience
• Fixing crawlability and indexation issues (XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags, redirects)
• Working with developers to improve site speed, mobile usability, and structured data implementation
• Ensuring websites meet Core Web Vitals and other Google ranking factors

SEO Reporting & Analytics

• Monitoring and reporting on organic search performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
• Analysing traffic trends, ranking fluctuations, and conversion data to provide actionable insights
• Creating client-friendly reports with clear insights, commentary, and next steps

Client & Team Collaboration

• Working closely with strategists, developers, and content teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing strategies
• Presenting recommendations and findings to clients in a clear, actionable way
• Managing communication across teams and ensuring SEO best practices are followed

What we’re looking for:

✅ 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
✅ Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO
✅ Fluent written and spoken English—you’ll need to communicate clearly with clients and team members
✅ Proven experience conducting SEO audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis
✅ Experience using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or Screaming Frog
✅ Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how they impact SEO (you don’t need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working with dev teams)
✅ Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis
✅ A passion for continuous learning—SEO is always evolving, and so are we!

Bonus points if you have:
⭐ Experience working with non-profit organisations
⭐ Knowledge of Google Tag Manager
⭐ Familiarity with content marketing and copywriting
