Responsibilities

  • Strategic Campaign Development: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote products and brand awareness across digital channels and email.
  • Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies to expand brand visibility, increase online sales, and support wholesale partnerships.
  • Lead social media growth, community engagement, and infl uencer collaborations to amplify brand awareness.
  • Digital Advertising Management: Plan and optimise paid media campaigns in collaboration with a marketing agency on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and other relevant channels to maximise ROI.
  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop compelling content strategies that resonate with target audiences, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies, using insights to inform marketing tactics.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor KPIs and analytics, generating detailed reports to measure campaign eff ectiveness and inform strategic decisions. Collaboration and communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure cohesive and eff ective marketing strategies.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning and messaging to maintain a strong and consistent brand identity.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media management platforms).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent written (English language) communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing tasks and priorities.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to work autonomously.

Work Arrangement

  • Work Setup: On-site
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 8:00 am PHT flexible start, should complete nine (9) hours work
