During the pandemic, we launched a second brand—Stamped With Love—a niche engraving shop that’s now served over 65,000 happy customers. Both brands are growing fast, and we need a highly skilled SEO specialist to help take our organic strategy to the next level.
[Who We’re Looking For]
We’re hiring a full-time SEO Specialist with deep e-commerce experience to work directly with our SEO Manager on content strategy, technical SEO, link acquisition, and performance analysis.
This is a long-term, results-driven role for someone who knows how to build organic traffic, execute link-building strategies, and optimize on-site content for Shopify-based e-commerce stores. You’ll have ownership over key SEO initiatives and the ability to shape our long-term growth.
You Are…
+ A proven SEO strategist with 2+ years of e-commerce SEO experience
+ Highly proficient with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Shopify SEO apps
+ Analytical, detail-oriented, and skilled at uncovering opportunities in keyword data and site audits
+ Comfortable working autonomously, managing your own workflow, and reporting on results
+ A clear communicator who can confidently present findings and ideas to the team
+ Up to date on the latest SEO best practices, algorithm changes, and e-commerce trends
[Your Core Responsibilities]
A. On-Page SEO:
+ Optimize existing and new product, collection, and blog pages
+ Conduct keyword research and develop on-site content strategies
+ Ensure proper internal linking, metadata, schema, and page structure
B. Off-Page SEO & Outreach:
+ Execute white-hat backlink campaigns
+ Identify, vet, and build relationships with relevant publishers and webmasters
+ Monitor domain authority, backlink quality, and off-site performance
C. Technical SEO:
+ Audit and monitor crawl health, site speed, indexing, and core web vitals
+ Collaborate with dev/design teams to fix issues and implement improvements
+ Optimize for mobile, reduce crawl waste, and monitor Shopify-specific issues
D. Google Merchant Center:
+ Monitor GMC and find insights to improve Google Shopping (free listings) performance
+ Optimize feed to increase visibility, clicks, and sales
+ Boost store ratings
D. Performance Analysis:
+ Track KPIs, report monthly SEO performance, and identify growth opportunities
+ Run experiments and A/B tests where appropriate
+ Adapt strategies based on data and outcomes
[Work Structure & Availability]
+ Part-time, remote role (20 hours/week) with possibility of being converted into full-time position
+ Must have at least 3 hours/day of overlap with 8 AM – 1 PM EST
+ Weekly team check-ins (Mondays at 8:30 AM EST)
+ Quarterly SEO strategy and planning calls
+ Daily communication via Slack + Asana

+ Strong internet connection (10 Mbps download / 1 Mbps upload minimum)
+ Reliable laptop or desktop
+ Backup power/internet preferred
[Compensation & Perks]
+ $12.50 to 25 / hour based on experience and performance
