Salary: $8-$9 per hour / approx $640-$720 per month depending on experience

We are a boutique services provider offering a wide range of services, including EA, admin, marketing, project management, social media management, content creation and more. We pride ourselves on offering personalised support to help businesses grow and thrive.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time Admin & Marketing Virtual Assistant to help manage and execute the services we offer to our clients and also support our own business with tasks ranging admin to marketing. (www.theelevateco.com.au/services)
The candidate must have other work on the side, as this will be a part-time role and cannot be their sole employment. Please note we have a budget but are happy to consider salary for the right applicant.

Note: we may know of another Australian business who is also looking for a part time VA, in which case if you were successful with the both of us, this could lead to a full time capacity. (only if you are interested)

Key Responsibilities:
ADMIN
-Assist with administrative tasks such as email management, data entry, scheduling, and client communication.
-Coordinate project management tasks and timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
-Provide general virtual assistant support to the Elevate Collective team and clients.
-Assist with research, report creation, and process optimisation.

MARKETING
-Support with social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
-Help implement digital marketing strategies across various platforms (SEO, PPC, email marketing, etc.).
-Support with sitemap and wireframe development using Figma, as well as website implementation and management across Wix, Squarespace and Webflow.
-Support with workflow and process automation using automation software Zapier.

Key Requirements:
-Min of 2-3+ years of experience in administrative and marketing support (virtual assistant, marketing coordinator, project management).
-Strong english communication skills (both written and verbal).
-Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, etc.).
-Proficient in Figma, Webflow, Wix and Squarespace.
-Experience in automating workflows.
-Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
-Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
-Must have other employment or freelance work and be able to dedicate 10-15 hours per week to this role.
-A self-starter who can manage their workload without constant supervision.
-Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana, Monday etc).
-Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
