As an SEO Specialist at LeadPlan Marketing, you will play a key role in driving organic traffic, improving search engine rankings, and enhancing our clients’ and our company’s online visibility. Your in-depth knowledge of SEO best practices will support our efforts in delivering measurable results and long-term growth for the brands we own and serve.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
– Develop and implement effective SEO strategies tailored to each assigned goals and brand’s industry.
– Conduct thorough keyword research to guide content teams and inform on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.
– Perform technical SEO audits and implement fixes to improve site crawlability, indexation, and page performance.
– Optimize website content, meta data, and structure to align with SEO best practices and current algorithm standards.
– Build and manage effective backlink acquisition strategies to increase domain authority and improve search rankings.
– Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes to ensure strategies remain competitive and compliant.
– Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and paid media teams to ensure SEO alignment across marketing efforts.
– Keep track of results and create regular campaign performance reports to be submitted to the marketing team for review and evaluation
– Report directly to the Marketing Head.
KPI:
– Organic traffic growth month-over-month and year-over-year.
– Number of backlinks generated
– SEO audit scores and site health metrics.
YOU’RE WHAT WE NEED IF YOU HAVE A:
– Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role in a digital marketing agency or eCommerce and business services environment.
– Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO. Both on page and off page
– Strong analytical skills and experience working with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, WordPress, and Google platforms.
– Excellent problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven team.
– A passion for digital marketing and continuous learning in the SEO landscape.
