SEO Expert

We’re hiring a full-time SEO expert based in the Philippines to join our agency, Insiteful.

We build high-performance Shopify websites for fast-growing eCommerce brands. Your job is to make sure those sites rank in Google — and stay there. That means we’re not looking for generalists or people who’ve only done blog SEO for service businesses. We need someone who deeply understands Shopify SEO.

You must know how Shopify collections, product pages, tags, and navigation all impact SEO. You’ve fixed duplicate content. You’ve written unique product and collection copy that actually helps pages rank. You know what a good internal linking structure looks like. You’ve dealt with canonical issues, slow themes, pagination, messy filtering, and weak meta structures. If your experience is only with WordPress or Wix, this job isn’t for you.

In addition to technical SEO and site structure, you must be a world-class writer. You’ll be expected to write blogs for our clients that are not only SEO optimised — but also match the tone, personality, and style of the brand. Some clients are polished and corporate. Others are cheeky and irreverent. You need to shape your writing to sound like them. Every sentence must feel like it was written by the brand themselves. No fluff. No robotic keyword stuffing. If your writing sounds like a generic AI tool, don’t apply.

We’re serious about writing. We care about tone, phrasing, formatting, grammar, rhythm, and impact. You’ll be trained in our internal frameworks, but you need to bring top-tier writing skills to the table from day one.

Your English must be sensational — better than 99 percent of applicants. We don’t just mean correct grammar. We mean you need to write clearly, persuasively, and with emotional intelligence.

You must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage your own deadlines. We don’t micromanage — but we do expect excellence.

This is a full-time role (40 hours/week) and the salary is PHP 60,000 to 80,000 per month depending on experience. You’ll be paid via Airwallex — always on time.
