Wolf IQ helps small and mid-sized businesses grow online. We’re looking for a creative and strategic Growth Engineer to boost our brand and clients across social media and search.
What You’ll Do:
– Manage and plan social media content calendars (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
– Create engaging reels, carousels, stories, and visuals using Canva
– Turn marketing briefs into campaigns with great content
– Schedule posts, respond to comments, and track results
– Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, and YouTube Analytics
– Apply SEO strategies: keyword research, content optimization, metadata
– Maintain a library of branded templates and content assets
– Stay updated on trends, algorithms, and what works—especially in Australia & NZ
You’re a Good Fit If You:
– Have 2+ years experience in social media, content creation, or growth marketing
– Are skilled in Canva and love designing content
– Know how to get the best out of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
– Mix creativity with performance data to improve content
– Understand the Aussie and Kiwi digital scene
– Are organized, responsive, and great at working remotely
Bonus Skills (Preferred):
– Experience with ClickUp, Notion, or similar tools
– Confident using Meta tools, YouTube Analytics, LinkedIn Insights
– Basic SEO knowledge (captions, keywords, metadata)
– Comfortable with remote, async teamwork using Slack, Loom, etc.
– Figma experience is a plus
