We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who is not only creative but also highly skilled in data review, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple digital platforms.

Job Summary

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns across search, social, email, and content channels. A key part of the role is to collect, analyze, and prepare reports from different marketing platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Klaviyo, etc.) to provide actionable insights for the team and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, paid ads, social media, email).
• Pull and consolidate data from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Klaviyo, and other dashboards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports that highlight KPIs, insights, and recommendations.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights and actionable recommendations for campaign improvement.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with creative and accounts teams for timely execution.
• Audit campaign data for accuracy and ensure all reports are clear and client-ready.
• Support the creative and accounts teams by aligning data findings with strategy.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience profiling.
• Draft and edit content for ads, social posts, and websites where needed.
• Stay updated with multi-platform reporting tools and industry best practices.
