Robiii is Canada’s leading toy company on YouTube, with over 500,000 followers. We create educational and engaging products that support learning and creativity, especially for children with learning differences like ADHD and dyslexia.
We’re a small, mission-driven team that values resourcefulness, autonomy, and results. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an SEO Specialist who can help us increase our visibility on Google and optimize our website for both search engines and AI-driven platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity.
This role is part-time and focused on improving our website SEO on Wix. If you also have experience with AI Optimization (AIO/GEO), that’s a strong plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
MAIN FOCUS – SEO OPTIMIZATION
Audit and optimize our Wix website for search visibility
Research and select relevant keywords to drive targeted traffic
Optimize on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headers, internal linking)
Improve image SEO (file naming, alt text, compression)
Implement structured data/schema when needed
Track performance using tools like Google Search Console and provide reports
BONUS – AI / GEO OPTIMIZATION
Explore strategies to improve visibility in AI-driven search tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
Recommend content structures (FAQs, summaries, schema) that increase AI search inclusion
OPTIONAL – WIX PAGE CREATION
Build or update small pages directly in Wix when needed
WHO YOU ARE
We’re looking for someone who is experienced, detail-oriented, and results-driven. You know how to create strategies that actually move rankings, and you have a track record of SEO results to prove it. You’re independent, reliable, and proactive — the kind of person who can spot opportunities for improvement and act on them without waiting for instructions.
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in SEO with measurable results (please provide examples or case studies)
Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent
Experience with on-page optimization, internal linking, and technical SEO basics
Familiarity with Wix platform (or ability to learn it quickly)
Knowledge of image SEO (alt text, file naming, compression)
Comfortable working part-time and independently
Strong communication skills
(Optional) Experience with AI Optimization (AIO/GEO)
