SEO Content Network & Outreach Technician

We are hiring an SEO Content Network & Outreach Technician to carefully build, operate, and maintain a portfolio of high-quality, brand-owned microsites (content hubs) that support our clients’ SEO and digital growth. This is a technical and editorial SEO role.

The ideal candidate has direct experience building affiliate sites, niche microsite networks, content hubs, or satellite websites that maintained long-term search visibility.

Key Responsibilities
Content Hub Development: Build and maintain microsites that look and operate as authentic, standalone websites with unique branding and editorial identity.
Content Management: Plan, write, edit, or commission evergreen articles; maintain editorial calendars; update content regularly.
Technical SEO & Infrastructure: Manage hosting across multiple providers, ensure site hygiene (SSL, sitemaps, robots.txt, uptime), optimize performance, diversify footprints.
Link Strategy (In-House Use): Place contextual, natural links to client properties; maintain credibility with balanced outbound authority links; follow strict link/anchor guidelines.
Governance & Documentation: Maintain precise records of domains, hosting, and setups; create scalable checklists/processes.
Analytics & Tracking: Monitor traffic, backlinks, indexation, and engagement; report on how microsites impact SEO performance.

First 90 Days Success Criteria
Launch 2–3 fully branded microsites with structure and 8–13 published posts.
Deliver a documentation handbook (site setup, hosting, SEO hygiene).
Present a sustainable roadmap for network growth.

Skills & Experience
2+ years hands-on SEO (technical, content, outreach).
Proven experience with affiliate sites, niche networks, or content hubs.
Strong technical hosting/server setup (VPS, DNS, SSL, registrar management).
CMS management (WordPress preferred).
Solid technical SEO knowledge (sitemaps, schema, canonicalization, etc.).
Familiarity with SEO tools (GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Majestic, Semrush).
Highly organized with excellent documentation habits.
Ability to balance editorial quality with technical infrastructure for scalable SEO value.
