We are looking for a results-driven On-Page SEO Specialist to support our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) efforts by improving our website’s visibility, search rankings, and overall user experience. This role focuses on optimizing technical and structural elements such as site speed, mobile responsiveness, schema markup, canonical tags, internal linking, and crawlability, while also ensuring keyword-rich content and proper HTML structure.
The ideal candidate is an expert in on-page technical SEO with a strong grasp of eCommerce challenges, including optimizing product pages, managing faceted navigation, improving indexation, and enhancing conversion performance. Experience with off-page SEO strategies (e.g., backlink building, outreach, and brand engagement) is considered a plus.
- Ensure content quality and relevance by producing keyword-targeted, well-structured, and valuable content using semantic keywords and natural language.
- Optimize on-page elements including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and URL structures for improved visibility and click-through rates.
- Strengthen site architecture through effective internal linking strategies and SEO-friendly navigation.
- Enhance image performance and accessibility through descriptive filenames, ALT tags, and optimized file sizes.
- Improve site performance by maintaining mobile-friendliness, responsive design, and fast page loading times.
- Conduct regular site audits to identify and resolve technical and on-page SEO issues affecting crawlability, indexing, and performance.
- Implement technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, canonical tags, robots.txt, and sitemap management.
- 2+ years of on-page SEO experience, with focus on eCommerce/DTC websites.
- Skilled in optimizing product, collection, landing pages, and content hubs for visibility and conversions.
- Strong grasp of search intent, buyer journeys, and key eCommerce performance metrics (CTR, bounce rate, conversion rate).
- Experience with eCommerce CMS platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc.).
- Proficient with SEO/analytics tools (GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA).
- Experienced in title/meta tags, schema markup, structured data, and image optimization.
- Familiar with eCommerce technical SEO (crawl budgets, faceted navigation, canonicalization).
- Knowledge of page speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Collaborative, able to work with content, design, and dev teams on SEO-friendly experiences.
- A computer with dual monitor setup is required
- Computer with at least 8GB of RAM
- Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed
- 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
