What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals
✅ Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)
✅ Oversee email marketing campaigns — segmentation, copywriting, and tracking
✅ Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
✅ Create and curate engaging content across platforms
✅ Maintain and update company websites (Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, Notion)
✅ Utilize CRM, analytics, and automation tools to optimize performance
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Proven experience in digital marketing (Manager, Specialist, or similar role)
✨ Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, content, and email marketing
✨ Hands-on experience with paid ads and marketing budgets
✨ Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Suite
✨ Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills
Nice to Have:
🤝 Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing
⚡ Familiarity with AI-driven tools and marketing automations
