LLC Cosmetic Laser Clinics is a rapidly growing group of premium skin and cosmetic clinics based across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. We offer advanced, non-invasive treatments including PICO Laser, CO2 Resurfacing, Injectables, and HIFU. We’re now looking for a highly skilled and versatile digital specialist to join our marketing and tech team.
Position Overview
This multifaceted role combines the technical precision of web development, the analytical strategy of SEO, and the creative execution of digital marketing — all underpinned by expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and automation platform.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining our websites, improving search rankings, running performance-driven campaigns, and automating client journeys to maximise conversion and engagement and will work with our current Digital Marketing onsite staff.
Key Responsibilities
Web Development & Maintenance
Develop and maintain LLC’s main website and service landing pages (WordPress and/or HTML/CSS/JavaScript-based)
Integrate booking platforms (Timely, GHL calendar, Calendly) and ensure smooth UX/UI
Manage performance optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and page speed
Implement web tracking, lead form integrations, and A/B testing
SEO Strategy & Execution
Conduct keyword research focused on local SEO (Brisbane, Sunnybank, Robina, Southport)
Create and optimise meta tags, headers, sitemaps, and structured data
Audit website health and fix SEO issues using tools like YOAST, SEMrush, Google Search Console
Coordinate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices across blogs, service pages, and media
Digital Marketing & Funnel Building
Design and launch high-converting Meta, Google, and email campaigns
Analyse conversion data across channels and report performance weekly
Plan and execute content-driven strategies (blogs, YouTube, email nurturing)
Manage CRM segmentation, automation workflows, and lifecycle email campaigns
GoHighLevel (GHL) Expertise
Build and optimise funnels using GHL (pages, forms, surveys, triggers, workflows)
Automate lead nurturing sequences via SMS/email
Set up call tracking, pipeline stages, and reporting dashboards
Assist with AI voice receptionist and chatbot flows
Troubleshoot client communication issues or workflow conflicts
Requirements
Must-Have Skills:
Strong experience in web development (WordPress, HTML/CSS/JS)
Advanced knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
Proven track record in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Expert-level experience using GoHighLevel (funnels, automations, CRM, reporting)
Familiar with CRO best practices and landing page A/B testing
Excellent written English and ability to create content briefs for SEO
Nice to Have:
Experience in the beauty, cosmetic or aesthetic industry
Knowledge of Australian privacy laws & spam act
Basic graphic design (Canva, Figma, Adobe tools)
Video editing or YouTube SEO
