Role: SEO Backlinking Specialist (PH Based)
Location: Remote/Fulltime
Starting salary – Php 50,000- Php 55,000
About Us
We operate several brands across Australia, the UK, and the US. We are hiring a specialist to plan and execute safe, measurable backlink acquisition that lifts authority and rankings for a small portfolio of sites.
The Role
You will own white-hat link building across multiple domains. Your focus is to ship a practical strategy fast, run consistent outreach, secure high-quality links at a sustainable velocity, and report impact clearly. You must bring recent agency experience serving US, UK or Australian clients and be comfortable switching context across different industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy: Build a 90-day backlink plan per site with targets, anchor approach, competitor gaps, and safe link velocity.
- Prospecting: Source and qualify opportunities across guest posts, resource pages, unlinked mentions, citations, and digital PR.
- Acquisition: Secure high-quality, relevant placements that support priority pages.
- Quality & Risk: Enforce white-hat standards, keep anchors natural, monitor indexation and link health, and address risky links.
- Reporting: Track and report weekly on new referring domains, relevance mix, rankings movement, and overall progress.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
- 3-5 years experience
- Recent agency experience delivering link building for US, UK or Australian clients.
- Proven record securing links that move rankings for commercial pages.
- Strong prospecting skills using tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, and Google operators.
- Confident in digital PR style pitching and source-request platforms.
- Clear written English suitable for outreach copy.
- Solid understanding of E-E-A-T signals, relevance, and risk.
- Comfortable owning deadlines and reporting results across multiple brands.
Highly Valued
- Experience with unlinked mention reclamation and brand monitoring.
- Demonstrated success earning links to product or service pages, not only blog content.
- Basic GA4 and Search Console analysis to connect links to outcomes.
- Ability to collaborate with writers to secure publisher acceptance.
- Familiarity with local SEO citation building for AU, UK, and US.
Tools and Platforms
Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Pitchbox or similar outreach tools.
Measurements of Success
- Net new referring domains per site per month within agreed DR or DA and relevance bands.
- Healthy anchor distribution and zero spam incidents.
- Ranking lift on target keywords and pages identified in the plan.
- Clean, auditable outreach pipeline and weekly progress reports.
- Editorial acceptance rates that improve through testing.
