Location / Shift Clark/Ortigas/Cebu Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Summary As an SEO Specialist at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to enhance our organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic to our website, and optimize our presence in Google’s AI-generated search results. Your role is crucial in helping us achieve our business objectives and ensuring our website ranks prominently for relevant search queries. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality traffic to our website.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Optimize website content and structure to ensure maximum visibility in Google’s AI-generated search results (e.g., ensuring the company website appears for queries like “timber doors”).
• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to complement organic search efforts and maximize ROI.
• Utilize HubSpot extensively to manage marketing activities, track performance, and generate actionable reports.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with a strong track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic.
• Demonstrable experience using Google Ads to achieve business objectives.
• Proficiency in leveraging Google’s AI tools and algorithms to optimize search visibility.
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• A portfolio showcasing previous SEO successes is a plus.

• Perform general administrative duties as required.
• Operate efficiently and keep the Manager informed of any significant issues or opportunities.
• Propose quantified suggestions for the development and improvement of SEO and digital marketing systems.
• Exemplify a high level of professionalism as the ‘voice’ and ‘face’ of the company in all interactions.
