Position Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time

Salary: Up to $2,000 USD per month

About This Role

We’re looking for someone who can take projects and run with them from strategy to execution. This isn’t a role where you’ll need approval for every backlink or wait for someone else to create your roadmap. We need someone who can say, “Hand me the client, and I’ll make it work.” You’ll be the go-to SEO expert, working independently while collaborating closely with our founder to reverse declining trends and drive real, measurable results.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take full ownership of client SEO projects from onboarding through execution and reporting
• Create and implement comprehensive SEO strategies without hand-holding
• Work with both traditional SEO and AI-powered SEO techniques to stay ahead of industry changes
• Monitor and improve client performance metrics, ensuring upward trends in traffic and rankings
• Use Search Atlas as the primary SEO platform (this is non-negotiable)
• Make minor website text updates as needed (all sites built on Elementor, some on Divi)
• Generate detailed reports showing work completed and results achieved
• Potentially create client dashboards using Looker Studio (bonus, not required)
• Attend Search Atlas training sessions to continuously improve skills (we support ongoing learning)

What We’re Looking For:

Technical Skills:

• Search Atlas experience is strongly preferred – we need someone who already knows the platform
• Expert knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console (non-negotiable)
• Experience with traditional SEO + modern AI SEO approaches
• Familiarity with Elementor and/or Divi page builders is a plus
• Looker Studio experience is a bonus but not required
• Comfortable with project management tools (ClickUp)

Personality & Work Style:

• This is crucial: We want someone personable, not robotic. Someone who can share a laugh, talk about their life, and build genuine working relationships
• Takes initiative and works well independently – you should be comfortable making decisions and moving forward without constant oversight
• Can work collaboratively when needed, but doesn’t need hand-holding for every task
• Comfortable with daily check-ins but can manage your own workflow
• Open and communicative – if something’s not working, speak up!
• Results-driven with a “can-do” attitude

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an SEO strategist or SEO head (not just a specialist)
• Search Atlas platform experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to improve SEO metrics and drive traffic growth
• Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated with excellent time management skills

• Background in creating SOPs for SEO processes
• Portfolio showing measurable SEO success stories
