Web Developer / SEO Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Web Developer / SEO Specialist to manage, develop, and optimize our
client’s digital platforms. The ideal candidate has a strong background in WordPress website management, search engine optimization, and digital marketing, ensuring the website ranks well, performs smoothly, and supports ongoing marketing campaigns.
You’ll be responsible for maintaining the company website, implementing SEO strategies, and supporting
social media and advertising efforts across Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads.
Key Responsibilities
– Build, maintain, and update websites using WordPress.
– Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search visibility and organic growth.
– Perform keyword research, on-page optimization, and monthly performance tracking.
– Use tools like Semrush, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console to analyze traffic and campaign performance.
– Support digital marketing campaigns through Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads.
– Create and optimize landing pages and web content for SEO and user experience.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.
Key Requirements
– 5+ years of experience in web development and SEO.
– Strong understanding of technical and on-page SEO principles.
– Hands-on experience with Semrush (or similar tools) and Google Analytics.
– Comfortable working in WordPress, including themes, plugins, and integrations.
– Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Ads for campaign support.
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and deliver results on time.
Preferred Qualifications
– Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, or Google Ads.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for front-end edits.
– Previous experience in construction, industrial, or service-based industries is an advantage.
