Role: SEO Specialist and Web Developer

Monthly Salary: 70,000 – 110,000 PHP

Type: Full-time (40hrs)

Spire Safety is a fast-growing workplace safety consultancy helping Australian businesses build safer, more compliant workplaces. We’re investing heavily in digital growth and want a high-ownership SEO Specialist & Web Developer to lead the next phase of our website performance, visibility, and conversion.

SEO (Growth + Technical):
– Own and execute the SEO roadmap across [spiresafety.com.au](https://spiresafety.com.au/) and related landing pages.
– Perform technical audits (indexation, CWV, schema, crawl budget, internal linking, cannibalisation).
– Build and optimise high-intent service and industry pages aligned to Australian WHS search behaviour.
– Deliver keyword research, clustering, and content briefs (including local and long-tail).
– Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; report insights monthly with clear actions.

Web Development (Performance + UX):
– Maintain and improve our website (WordPress-based), focusing on speed, UX, and lead generation.
– Build new landing pages and site sections end-to-end.
– Implement tracking and analytics cleanly (GA4, GSC, Tag Manager, events).
– Troubleshoot issues quickly: broken layouts, plugin conflicts, indexing problems, etc.
