We’re looking for an Search Engine Optimization Specialist who brings both strong search fundamentals and a builder mindset. You’ll drive organic growth for multiple clients while designing automation workflows that make SEO faster, smarter, and more scalable.
This role is ideal for someone who loves experimenting with AI search, workflow tools, and emerging technologies while still delivering measurable results. If you want a role where classic SEO meets AI-driven innovation, this is a strong fit.

What You’ll Work On
SEO Strategy and Optimization
- Build and execute SEO strategies across a variety of industries
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market opportunity assessments
- Identify high-impact areas for organic growth and technical improvement
AI and Automation Integration
- Create automation workflows using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms
- Streamline recurring SEO tasks such as reporting, audits, and data collection
- Test and integrate AI search capabilities, voice search optimization, and new ranking factors
Content Strategy and Insights
- Develop content strategies informed by AI tools, search trends, and user intent
- Analyze emerging query patterns and identify opportunities for content expansion
- Collaborate with content teams to ensure alignment with SEO goals
Technical SEO Implementation
- Implement schema markup and optimize site architecture
- Improve performance, crawlability, and overall site health
- Experiment with new technologies and approaches to stay ahead of algorithm changes
Analytics and Reporting
- Track rankings, conversions, organic traffic, and experimental initiatives
- Build reports that clearly translate data into actionable insights
- Use findings to iterate, refine, and improve SEO and automation strategies
What You Bring
- 3 or more years of SEO experience with a history of creative problem-solving
- Comfortable working across different industries and business models
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush
- Experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier or Make
- Curiosity about AI search, voice search, and emerging SEO technologies
- Strong analytical thinking with a test-and-learn mindset
Nice to Have
- Experience with CMS platforms
- Background in e-commerce SEO
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems
