WorkWise Auto Solutions is transforming how automotive workshops operate. We help shop owners streamline their workflow, reduce administrative stress, and increase profitability through a combination of smart systems and human support.
Our core service revolves around Virtual Service Advisors (VSAs) who handle customer communication, booking triage, job approvals, and workflow optimisation. We also build internal tools, marketing assets, and client-facing platforms to support that mission, and that’s where you come in.

About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Website / SEO Specialist to help manage and optimize websites for WorkWise and its clients. You’ll make sure sites run smoothly, are technically sound, and are optimized for search visibility.

Key Responsibilities
– Manage and update client websites in WordPress.
– Monitor site health, uptime, and basic security issues.
– Use Semrush and Google Search Console to identify and fix SEO issues.
– Implement on-page SEO (meta tags, headings, internal links, images).
– Create simple reports on performance and recommendations.

Requirements
– Extensive Experience as an SEO Specialist
– Knowledgeable in basic website development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
– Hands-on experience with Semrush, WordPress, Google Search Console, and HighLevel (HL).
– Good understanding of on-page and basic technical SEO.
– Ability to troubleshoot common website issues.
– Strong attention to detail and clear communication in English.
– Experience with the use of funnels from various systems

Nice-to-Have Skills
– Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4).
– Experience with speed optimization and Core Web Vitals.
– Experience working with agencies or multiple client accounts.
