What You’ll Do
- Lead site launches and content updates using Craft CMS and Squarespace.
- Manage blogs, galleries, and metadata; execute migrations for newly acquired assets.
- Apply SEO best practices (keywords, schema, internal linking) and drive UX/CRO improvements.
- Deploy digital content across email (ActiveCampaign), SMS, and social media platforms.
- Conduct rigorous QA for mobile responsiveness, accessibility, and brand alignment.
- Optimize web imagery and maintain centralized digital asset libraries.
- Manage content tickets and coordinate with Marketing, IT, and Sales teams.
Key Criteria
- Degree in Digital Media, Marketing, or Communications.
- 2–3+ years in digital publishing or website management.
- Proficiency in Craft CMS, Squarespace, and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong understanding of search optimization, user experience, and conversion principles.
- Competent in basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Detail-oriented, process-driven, and a clear communicator in remote/cross-functional environments.
Work setup
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Australian business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Philippine time), On-site during probationary period, then Hybrid afterwards (once a month)
