Your Role:

Develop compelling, end-user-focused copy about products to be utilized on e-tail sites. Create and repurpose existing resources like brochures or a message matrix to create content spread for B+ imagery and product feature videos. Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content; recommend and execute new topics.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• 3–5+ years of experience in content development, copywriting, or marketing communications (preferably in consumer goods, tech, or e-commerce).
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Preferred skills/expertise:

• Experience optimizing content for SEO and understanding digital content performance metrics.
• Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) or content management systems (CMS).
• Basic understanding of visual storytelling and how copy supports imagery or video content.
• Experience working with brand guidelines and contributing to content frameworks or message matrices.
