Now Hiring: SEO / Local SEO Specialist (Full-Time, Remote – EST Hours)

Schedule:
Must be available 9am–6pm EST, Monday–Friday, and as needed on weekends. No exceptions.

Communication:
• You must speak fluent, professional English for video/phone calls
• Must be confident communicating with upper management, the owner, and the employees you oversee
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required

Position Overview:
We’re looking for a highly experienced Onsite SEO / Local SEO Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and managing onsite SEO strategies and local SEO (GMB) tasks for a variety of clients in multiple industries.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in Onsite SEO and Local SEO
• Strong understanding of technical SEO, GMB optimization, schema, citations, and backlink strategies
• Ability to multi-task across clients and industries
• Comfortable using tools like Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, and more
• Clear and confident communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines
