PPC / SEO Expert

Position: PPC / SEO Expert (Full-Time)

Location: Remote

We are looking for a skilled PPC/SEO Expert to work closely with our CMO and support 6 internal companies by improving search rankings, driving qualified traffic, and increasing conversions through paid and organic strategies.

This is a full-time, long-term role for someone who is results-driven, analytical, and passionate about digital growth.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising (PPC)

• Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing
• Improve ROI and lower cost per acquisition (CPA)
• Create performance reports and insights for leadership

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Perform keyword research and competitive analysis
• Optimize on-page SEO (content, metadata, site structure)
• Support technical SEO improvements with dev/content teams
• Build and execute backlink strategies
• Track rankings, traffic, and conversions

Collaboration & Strategy

• Work directly with the CMO on marketing strategy
• Align PPC and SEO with company-wide growth goals
• Support multiple brands and websites simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proven experience in PPC and SEO management
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Experience ranking websites and improving organic traffic
• Data-driven mindset with strong reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with multiple brands or companies
• Background in agency or in-house marketing teams
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO)
