Position: SEO Specialist (Remote) – Online Staff Sourcing Inc

Open to qualified applicants based in the Philippines only

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to plan, implement, and manage strategies that improve search engine rankings, organic traffic, and online visibility. You will work closely with content, marketing, and development teams to ensure websites follow SEO best practices.

Responsibilities include conducting keyword research, optimizing on-page content, improving site structure and internal linking, identifying and fixing technical SEO issues, collaborating with writers on SEO-optimized content, managing link-building efforts, tracking performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console, and staying up to date with SEO trends and algorithm updates.

Requirements include a strong understanding of SEO principles, hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush, strong analytical skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic JavaScript is a plus.

This is a 100% remote position and full-time graveyard work schedule.

Salary: Compensation is hourly and will depend on the candidate’s level of experience. There is no fixed rate for this role. Applicants must include their asking hourly rate in Philippine Peso (PHP).
