Responsible for building and scaling the company’s organic growth engine. Own end-to- end SEO strategy and execution, including technical SEO, on-page optimization, local SEO, and content systems to drive inbound leads. Must deliver measurable results while balancing Al- assisted workflows with quality control.

• Build keyword strategies and optimize site structure and content
• Manage technical SEO: crawlability, indexing. sitemaps, internal linking, schema
• Execute on-page SEO for revenue, location, and blog pages
• Oversee Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Guide Al-assisted content creation with quality control
• Track SEO performance and provide actionable insights

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years SEO experience with proven results

• Proficient in Google Search Console and SEO tools
• Experienced in keyword research, content optimization, and site improvements
• Comfortable using Al tools with high editorial standards
• Preferred: Local SEO (Philippine cities) and finance/SME experience
