SEO Specialist

We are looking for an SEO Specialist who wants to own organic growth and turn search into a predictable acquisition engine. If rankings, traffic, and performance metrics motivate you, this role gives you the space to build, optimise, and scale.

About the Role
This is a hands-on growth role. You will design and execute SEO strategies that increase visibility, attract qualified traffic, and support lead generation across our advisory and coaching services.

We are not looking for surface-level SEO. We want someone who understands strategy, technical foundations, content optimisation, and how SEO directly supports business performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
Developing and executing SEO strategy aligned with business goals
Conducting high-intent keyword research
Optimising on-page content for search performance
Identifying and resolving technical SEO issues
Collaborating on content strategy to drive organic growth
Monitoring rankings, traffic, and performance metrics
Running audits and implementing continuous improvements
Analysing competitors and identifying growth opportunities
Reporting insights and actionable recommendations

Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools

Nice to Have
Experience with SEO for professional services, advisory, or coaching businesses

Compensation & Incentives
Salary is negotiable and will depend on skills, experience, and demonstrated capability. Bonuses and performance incentives are available for the right candidate who consistently achieves agreed KPIs and objectives. We reward measurable impact and contribution to growth.

Work Structure
Full-time remote role
Hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Sydney, Australia time
One-hour lunch break
