Compensation & Benefits:$2,500/month

Role OverviewWe are hiring a highly experienced SEO Specialist to execute local SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and content strategies that directly drive leads and revenue.
This is not a generic SEO role.
You will work under our Media Strategy Architect, executing clearly defined strategies across multiple clients. Your job is to win in local search, increase visibility, and support revenue growth through disciplined, high-quality execution.
What You’ll Do:Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles (GBP) for top map pack rankings
Build and maintain citations & local SEO signals (NAP consistency, backlinks)
Improve on-page SEO & city/service pages for local search visibility
Support content strategies (TAYA framework) that drive traffic and conversions
What We’re Looking For:5–10+ years of SEO experience (strong focus on Local SEO)
Proven results in rankings, traffic, and lead generation
Expertise in GBP optimization, citations, and on-page SEO
Experience with tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, BrightLocal, Whitespark
Strong communication skills (U.S.-based team collaboration)
What Success Looks Like:Top 3 GBP rankings in target markets
Increased calls, leads, and booked jobs
High-performing local pages and strong organic growth
