LEAD SEO & OPERATIONS – Independent Contractor Basis

Job Description
• SEO Execution: Comprehensive management of technical, on-page, and off-page initiatives for German- market accounts.
• System Building: Designing repeatable workflows and standardized operating procedures for the agency’s delivery engine.
• Infrastructure Setup: Developing tracking systems, reporting templates, and audit checklists for DE clients.
• Strategic Scaling: Direct collaboration with the Founder on operational scaling and quality assurance.

Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing or a related field.

• 4+ years of proven SEO experience (Experience with German or EU markets preferred).

• Expertise in Google Search Console, Ahrefs, GA4, and CMS (WordPress/Shopify) backends.

• Near-native English communication skills (written and verbal).

• Analytical Depth: Ability to translate raw performance data into strategic management insights

• In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, digital marketing trends, with a strong understanding of the Indian search landscape.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
