Role: SEO, AEO, AI Tools & Unconventional Demand Generation What You’ll Do
- Find growth opportunities across Google, AI search, LinkedIn, directories, communities, partner ecosystems, comparison queries, and niche channels
- Research buyer intent, competitors, SERPs, AI answers, customer questions, and market gaps
- Run SEO, AEO, content, distribution, and demand generation experiments
- Use AI tools to speed up research, ideation, briefs, content workflows, analysis, and automation
- Create briefs for landing pages, service pages, comparison pages, integration pages, blog posts, templates, calculators, checklists, and other growth assets
- Improve existing content so it ranks better, converts better, and answers buyer questions more clearly
- Recommend internal linking, schema, on-page SEO, and basic technical SEO improvements
- Track results using GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Report what was tested, what worked, what failed, and what to try next
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in SEO, organic growth, content marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing
- Strong SEO fundamentals and curiosity about AI search, answer engines, featured snippets, and zero-click search
- Strong working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, automation tools, or similar
- Able to use AI to work faster without sacrificing judgment, accuracy, or quality
- Genuine interest in unconventional growth tactics, not just standard marketing playbooks
- Able to study a growth example, understand the underlying mechanic, and adapt it to a different business
- Familiar with WordPress; Elementor is a plus
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, schema, and technical SEO
- Clear communicator who can work independently, move fast, and show their thinking
Nice to Have
- Experience with B2B SaaS, ERP, software services, professional services, HR tech, payroll, time tracking, or eCommerce
- Experience with programmatic SEO, comparison pages, directories, templates, calculators, tools, partner mentions, digital PR, or LinkedIn-led growth
- Experience with no-code automation tools like Zapier, Make, Airtable, Google Sheets, APIs, scraping, or workflow automation
- You keep a swipe file of marketing ideas, landing pages, hooks, campaigns, or SEO examples
- You may follow Ross Simmonds, Exit Five / Dave Gerhardt, Demand Curve, Tom Orbach, April Dunford, Peep Laja, Amanda Natividad, Rand Fishkin, or similar
Success Looks Like

Minimum Qualifications
