SEO Specialist

Position Overview We are looking for a creative and analytical SEO Specialist to improve AI visibility, search rankings, and inbound lead generation for IT services. This role is responsible for developing SEO strategies, optimizing content, improving website performance, and driving qualified traffic through search engine and AI-focused optimization initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have strong research, writing, and analytical skills with a solid understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.

Key Responsibilities SEO Strategy & Optimization

• Develop and execute SEO strategies aligned with business goals
• Write and optimize content for blogs, articles, and web pages for AI platforms and search engines
• Optimize on-page SEO elements including meta tags, headings, internal links, and content structure
• Build high-quality backlinks through outreach and partnership initiatives

Technical SEO & Performance Monitoring

• Collaborate with web developers for technical SEO and UX/UI improvements
• Monitor keyword rankings, website traffic, and overall SEO performance
• Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis
• Prepare annual SEO performance reports with insights and recommendations

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong understanding of SEO principles, AI search visibility, and ranking factors
• Experience in content writing and optimization
• Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
• Basic understanding of WordPress or CMS platforms
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills
• Knowledge of backlink and link-building strategies is an advantage
• Open to all educational backgrounds
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City
