SEO and AI Analytics Manager

Freedive Academy Panglao is looking for an SEO & AI Analytics Manager to support the digital growth of our brands, including Freedive Academy Panglao.

This role is for someone who enjoys data, search, websites, smart systems, and clear reports. You will help improve search visibility, track website performance, study customer journeys, and turn digital data into useful business insights.

Your work will support growth across tourism, freediving, e-commerce, online education, and digital marketing.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:

* Improve SEO, keyword research, and search visibility.

* Track website traffic, rankings, and user behavior.

* Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

* Build clear reports, dashboards, and digital performance insights.

* Support AI tools, automation, workflow improvement, and better reporting systems.

* Work with marketing, development, content, and operations teams.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:

Experience in SEO, digital analytics, or website performance

Strong skills in data tracking, reporting, and problem solving

Interest in AI tools, automation, and smart digital systems

Good communication and project management skills

Ready to work onsite with a growing island-based company

Full-time onsite position in Tangnan, Panglao, Bohol

Remote work is not available
