Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Administration, and AI Automation Specialist to lead and optimize our digital presence across multiple websites and online channels. This role combines strategic marketing, technical website management, search engine optimization, content development, and AI-driven automation to support business growth and lead generation.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional who can independently manage digital initiatives, identify opportunities for improvement, and execute effective strategies that enhance online visibility, user engagement, and conversion performance. This position requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Growth
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Identify opportunities to improve website performance, conversion rates, and overall digital effectiveness.
- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic improvements.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO enhancements.
- Perform keyword research and develop optimization strategies to improve search visibility.
- Optimize website content, metadata, site structure, and internal linking.
- Track, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics, rankings, and organic traffic growth.
- Implement strategies that improve discoverability across both traditional and AI-powered search platforms.
Website Administration & Optimization
- Manage, maintain, and update WordPress websites to ensure functionality, security, and optimal performance.
- Develop, edit, and optimize landing pages, website content, and user journeys.
- Troubleshoot website issues and coordinate improvements to enhance user experience.
- Ensure all website forms, integrations, tracking tools, and conversion elements are functioning effectively.
Content Development
- Create, edit, and optimize high-quality content for websites, landing pages, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging, customer intent, and SEO best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop content that supports business objectives and marketing campaigns.
AI Automation & Process Improvement
- Utilize AI-powered tools and platforms to streamline marketing, content creation, and operational workflows.
- Design, implement, and optimize automation processes for lead management, customer engagement, and internal workflows.
- Leverage AI solutions while maintaining quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies that improve productivity and business outcomes.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor website, SEO, and digital marketing performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives.
- Present findings and improvement opportunities to support data-driven decision-making.
RequirementsQualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO, website administration, or a similar role.
- Strong hands-on experience managing WordPress websites.
- Solid understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly GoHighLevel or similar systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable content and workflow automation platforms.
- Strong copywriting, content development, and editing skills.
- Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and related reporting platforms.
- Proficiency in website troubleshooting, content management, and performance optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting technical, engineering, energy, HVAC, solar, construction, or B2B service industries.
- Knowledge of website conversion optimization and lead-generation strategies.
- Experience implementing AI-driven marketing workflows and business process automations.
- Understanding of website performance, user experience (UX), and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SEO campaigns, website improvements, content creation, and automation projects.
