Compensation: Competitive, dependent on experience

Location: Must be based in Luzon, Philippines

Excellent Communication Skills: Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are looking for someone who is highly communicative, proactive, talkative, collaborative, and transparent.

Technical Mastery: Extremely experienced with server configurations, backend architecture, technical SEO, and diverse CMS platforms.

Problem-Solving: Must be confident in diagnosing complex technical and SEO issues and providing effective solutions.

Proactive Work Style: Must be able to work independently, take initiative, and communicate issues and progress without constant supervision.

Critical Fix: Resolve an urgent, sitewide 301 infinite redirect loop and duplication error.

Template Repair: Troubleshoot and fix a broken city-page mass template generation tool.

SEO Audit: Diagnose and resolve critical crawlability issues, including 4xx errors blocking Google from indexing 397+ pages.

Manage and troubleshoot server and backend issues.

Perform advanced technical SEO audits and implementations.

Monitor website health, indexing, crawlability, and technical performance.

Excellent communication is a MUST. We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable communicating frequently, explaining technical issues clearly, providing regular updates, asking questions when necessary, and proactively informing the team about problems or progress.
