Digital Marketing SEO/Ads Specialist (Remote)

Green Bay Remodeling is a residential remodeling company headquartered in California with an additional office in Texas and four branch locations across the San Francisco Bay Area. We’re currently looking for a talented SEO and Ads Specialist with proven experience in digital marketing, specifically for the home improvement or remodeling industry.
Role Overview:
We’re seeking someone who can manage and optimize our digital presence through effective SEO strategies and paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) tailored for lead generation in the remodeling space.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
Monitor keyword rankings, site performance, and analytics to inform strategies.
Set up, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with our in-house marketing manager to align strategies and maintain brand consistency.
Provide regular reports on SEO and ad performance with actionable insights.
Position Details:
Work Hours: Flexible — half of your shift will align with California (PST) business hours, and the other half can follow your local time, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
Pay Schedule: Biweekly via PayPal (we’ll cover all transfer fees).
Benefits: This is a contractor position — no PTO, vacation days, or additional benefits are included.
