Admin & SEO Support

Salary: $6-$7 per hour

We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support ongoing marketing, website management, SEO, Kajabi tasks and membership engagement, and the use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Otter AI) to improve workflows and efficiency.

This role is perfect for someone who loves keeping systems organized, managing deadlines, and supporting visionary entrepreneurs. You’ll be a reliable partner who helps move projects forward, ensures communications go out on time, and keeps the backend running smoothly. Key Responsibilities
Website & Tech Support
Manage and update websites on Squarespace (no coding required).
Assist with domain transfers and backend technical tasks.
Strong knowledge and practical experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Serve as a right-hand partner during new website builds for coaches and healers.

Membership & Community Engagement
Schedule and send reminder emails, newsletters, and other communications.
Help keep the membership community engaged and organized.
Ensure all tasks, events, and deliverables go out on schedule.

Marketing & Content Support
Provide light digital marketing assistance.
Create branded visuals and simple marketing assets using Canva.
Support branding projects tailored to heart-centered entrepreneurs and changemakers.
Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing AI tools, including ChatGPT (minimum) and Otter AI.

General Administrative Support
Track deadlines and manage project timelines.
Organize workflows and help streamline systems.
Provide reliable day-to-day support across both businesses.

Qualifications & Skills
Strong experience with Squarespace.
Hands-on experience with Kajabi (required).
Familiarity with basic SEO and digital marketing tools.
Canva or light design skills (preferred).
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented, with strong follow-through on deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple moving parts with consistency.
Proactive self-starter who wants to grow with the business over time.
