We’re looking for an advanced SEO specialist who is ready to own client accounts, make smart decisions fast, and drive meaningful improvements with custom strategies that adapt week to week.
About the Role
This isn’t a “checklist SEO” position. You’ll conduct deep-dive audits, design unique strategies for each client, and take full ownership of their organic growth. You’ll have the freedom to implement what you believe will move the needle—no micromanagement, no templated SOPs. Just real SEO for real results.
What You’ll Do
– Conduct full technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, Semrush, Local Falcon
– Identify and resolve site issues (crawlability, indexation, internal linking, etc.)
– Edit and optimize meta titles, descriptions, header tags, and on-page content
– Analyze and optimize anchor text, image SEO, and alt text for accessibility and rankings
– Build and maintain custom 3-month SEO roadmaps per client
– Research, map, and implement keyword strategies tailored to each client’s goals
– Collaborate with designers to create and optimize content
– Continuously research competitors, SERP trends, and emerging opportunities
– Optimize blog posts and landing pages for search performance
– Provide strategic input on site architecture and page structure
– Track and report progress, wins, and insights regularly for each client
What Makes You a Great Fit
– You have advanced technical SEO knowledge, including structured data, canonicalization, indexation, and performance optimization
– You’re highly analytical but also creative—you know how to turn data into strategy
– You don’t rely on SOPs—you adapt, think critically, and innovate based on what the client actually needs
– You’re fluent in English and have strong grammar and communication skills
– You’ve managed multiple client accounts, ideally within an agency setting
– You’re organized, detail-obsessed, and proactive with your time and recommendations

– SEO Tools: Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
– Local SEO: Local Falcon
– CMS: Duda (or similar platforms)
– Project Management: ClickUp
