We’re looking for a motivated, fluent English-speaking appointment setter to join our team full-time. This is a key role in connecting with business owners, scheduling demos, and supporting sales conversions.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to local businesses, multi-location businesses, and agencies.
Set qualified appointments for product demos and sales calls.
Conduct initial discovery conversations with prospects to warm them up.
Join and host Zoom meetings/demos (training provided).
Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and appointments in our CRM.
Consistently hit weekly and monthly targets for appointments and demos.
Requirements
Fluent English speaker (strong verbal and written communication).
Previous experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales (SaaS or digital marketing preferred).
Comfortable speaking with U.S.-based small business owners and marketing agencies.
Tech-savvy with Zoom, CRM tools, and email outreach systems.
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Must be able to work full-time on New York business hours (9am–5pm EST, 9pm–5am Philippine time).
Nice to Have
Background in local SEO, digital marketing, or SaaS sales.
Experience selling to U.S. small business owners or agencies.
Confidence in handling objections and moving prospects toward demo calls.
